"The most courageous, and pious act of a human is to be with another human, because we are like stars in the sky, born at one time and space, to be ourselves. Everybody is our neighbor. All we have to do is say, 'I am with you.' When you start being one with everybody, then you are actually with God, because if you cannot see God in all, you cannot see God at all."
-Yogi Bhajan
Yogi Bhajan created a family, a community of people who shared a common set of values and lifestyle practices that would sustain them through the transition into the Aquarian Age and support future generations. That family is called 3HO: the Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization.
Our spiritual family has built communities that provide comfort and shelter where people can experience that their spirit is invincible; that anger can be transformed into positive creative action; and that sadness falls away before devotion to something greater than themselves.
Blood ties are strong; spiritual ties may be as strong or even stronger. Practicing the teachings of Yogi Bhajan in their vast and varied forms (Kundalini Yoga, sacred chant, White Tantric Yoga®, service and seva, morning sadhana, etc.) creates a sense of family, whether physical or virtual. We remain inclusive to all. Membership is defined by participation.
3HO has grown into a worldwide global community of individuals, local communities, and yoga centers. Anyone who lives the lifestyle embodied in Yogi Bhajan’s teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is considered part of the 3HO Family.
