Thank you for your interest in our Service Exchange Program; without you, our event could not happen! Below is a list of different areas that need your help. Being accepted on a Service Exchange Team means that you will pay a reduced registration rate of $300 if registered by May 15th or $325 if registered after May 15th.
Applying for a team and being accepted to that team are two different things. The manager of the team you apply to must accept you and send you a special acceptance letter containing the code for you to register as a Service Exchange Participant. You may apply to different teams, but you may only register for one team. Please have patience with team managers and email them if you have not gotten an answer within two weeks of submitting your application. To apply simply follow the link by scrolling over and clicking the name of the team you want to apply for, then fill out and submitting the application form.
Single Parents Please Note: If you are a single parent traveling with a child under three years of age you may not apply for a service exchange position in any area except the Solstice Youth Co-op Program. If you are attending with your co-parent or a caregiver for your child or children, please contact 3HO Customer Service for assistance with the Service Exchange application process.
If you arrive late or depart early you will be charged an additional $54/day. Service Exchange Team Members are expected on-site by 6:00 pm the day before their service starts in order to acclimate, and have ample time to set up their personal tents before it gets dark. No refunds will be given to Service Exchange participants after the end of early registration; no credits for future events after the 10th of June.
